About Journey Planner

We build free, practical travel itineraries in seconds — no account, no subscription, no spam.

Why we built it

Planning a trip usually means twenty browser tabs: one for weather, one for flights, one for hotels, a few for attractions and a spreadsheet to hold it all together. Journey Planner collapses that into a single form. Tell us where you're coming from, where you're going, which month and how many days, and you get a complete plan you can actually use.

What you get

  • A day-by-day itinerary grouped so you're not crossing the city twice, with a short note on why each day is arranged that way.
  • Typical weather for the month you're travelling, plus cultural events worth planning around.
  • Cost estimates for flights, hotels, food, local transport and attraction tickets, in your currency.
  • Outfit suggestions, a packing checklist and a "things to prepare" list covering visas and insurance.
  • A clean PDF export you can share with whoever is travelling with you.

How the estimates work

Prices are typical mid-range figures for the destination and month, not live quotes. They are meant to help you set a realistic budget and compare destinations — always confirm the actual cost with airlines, hotels and ticket sellers before you book.

Independent and free

Journey Planner is an independent project. It is free to use, requires no login and we don't sell your travel plans. If something looks wrong or you'd like a feature, write to hello@getjourneyplanner.com.
